Sierra U.S. Commercial Real Estate, headquartered in Chicago, was known as a cutting-edge full service real estate firm, specializing in tenant representation, retail and restaurant leasing, as well as implementing innovative technology to assist their clients. Twelve years into their business, they decided to re-brand everything, to reflect their modern and tech savvy approach.
To shed the dated brand, we utilized more exciting colors, shifting away from blue and tan, to cool grey and vibrant orange. We modernized the logo and typography, shifting away from Times New Roman, to a sans serif font. The new brand was kicked off at the 2015 ICSC Recon trade show in Las Vegas. We designed all graphics and provided art direction to the Sierra U.S. marketing team, for the trade show booth as well as print and digital marketing materials. The re-brand launch also featured a new website, video, and print collateral, with an overwhelmingly positive response. The owners of Sierra U.S. decided to part ways to focus on separate endeavors, in 2018.
