WHAT TO EXPECT

As a client of Agile Creative Services, you can expect the best. We have created a process that is easy for the client and as stress-free as possible. Below is the step-by-step plan for what you can expect when working together. 

CONSULTATION

During an initial conversation, we'll walk through your project needs, timeline, and pricing. Once we've agreed to work together, details are finalized, and a deposit is made. There may be client homework or follow-up discussions.  

START

To help us fully understand your business, desired brand direction, ideal customers, target markets and goals, you'll be prompted to complete a questionnaire. This ensures we're all on the same page right off the bat. 

DISCOVERY & REVIEW

We research and put together a variety of images for your review. The images focus on styles, type of marks, colors, feelings, and fonts. You'll confirm your image preferences, so we can move forward with the proper style.

STRATEGY

After analyzing your consultation, questionnaire, and preferred discovery images, we will research your peers, competition, and target market. Depending on the project, we begin building an in-depth brand strategy. 

DEVELOPMENT

After you've approved the brand strategy, we'll begin concept development.  You'll review a concept presentation where we review everything that has been created thus far. If you are a website client, we'll present a home page. Fonts, graphics, colors, and photos will begin to come together to shape your brand aesthetic.

FINE TUNE & APPROVE

Once the overall design is approved after initial feedback, we'll continue to fine tune the design or project and make final revisions. We'll ensure that the project is meeting your goals. If you are a website client, we'll review the completed design, and make sure the end product is ready for launch. 

RELEASE

Once we've completed any remaining revisions, we will wrap up any loose ends and then release your project and make it live. You will be billed for the remaining balance of your project and as soon as final payment is received, you will receive a download link to access your files. Celebrate your vision coming to fruition!
